Welcome to Bhumi Create ("Platform"), a software-as-a-service application provided by BHUMI ("Company", "we", "us"). By registering for an account or using our rendering services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
You must provide accurate and complete registration details (including name, email, phone, and company) when creating a free trial or corporate account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and are liable for all generation credit activities conducted under your workspace.
Bhumi Create operates on a subscription quota model (Credits). Each AI rendering, floor plan analysis, or virtual walkthrough compilation consumes credits in accordance with the specifications of your active plan (Starter, Professional, or Agency). Credits do not roll over across monthly cycles unless explicitly stated in your plan terms.
We do not claim ownership over the raw design inputs, sketches, or CAD blueprints you upload. All final images, styled staging renders, compiled PDF brochures, and virtual video walkthroughs generated by the platform are your intellectual property. You have a worldwide, perpetual right to utilize these visuals commercially.
The generative outputs are created using spatial artificial intelligence and machine learning models. Renders are designed for conceptual visualization, real estate sales representation, and interior inspiration. Renders should not be used as official construction blueprints or structural engineering reports.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Haryana, India. Any disputes arising out of the use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.
